OS X has a firewall, though users havent had problems with it blocking Spine in the past. However, if the log just says it cant connect, well need to figure out why. The hope is it sheds some light on exactly why Spine is unable to reach the server. Please post the whole Spine log once you find it (not just the error). When you run Spine the logging should show up in Console, though possibly mixed with other logging. What happens if you open Finder, press shiftcmdG (I think that is right, not in front of OS X right now), then enter LibraryApplication SupportSpine If that doesnt work you can try running Console. I do not have a folder called Spine in my Application Support folder.įor Spine to show the launcher window, it should have written the spine.log file. The servers are up, so something must be stopping your connection.įirst thing to check is your spine.log file: Windows: Spinespine.log Mac: LibraryApplication SupportSpinespine.log. Please check your internet connection and any firewall settings that may be blocking spine 1. The error indicates that it most likely connected, but then timed out waiting for a response. We also use Spine for special effects, animation tests, and even interactive cutscenes.
